These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by KOLT Digital. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Overview
KOLT Digital provides digital marketing and creative services including but not limited to:
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Content creation (posts, reels, graphics, videos)
- Branding and design
- Advertising campaign management
- Website and digital assets support
The exact scope of services will be defined in the quotation or agreement shared with the client.
2. Payment Terms
- All services are billed as per the agreed quotation or invoice.
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis.
- Delay in payment may result in pause or termination of services.
Refund Policy
- Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- In case of cancellation before work starts, a partial refund may be considered at KOLT Digital’s discretion.
- No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing monthly services.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, approvals, and information on time
- Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensure that all materials provided (logos, images, content) do not violate any third-party rights
Delays from the client side may impact timelines, for which KOLT Digital is not responsible.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content created by KOLT Digital remains the property of KOLT Digital until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- KOLT Digital reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
KOLT Digital shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, business, or data arising from services
- Performance of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads)
All services are provided on a best-effort basis, without guaranteed results unless explicitly committed in writing.
6. Service Modifications & Termination
- KOLT Digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
- Either party may terminate the service with written notice.
- Any outstanding payments must be cleared before termination.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India (Gujarat jurisdiction) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
